Description

The magnificent Carlton Summerhouse is built in a Leaded, Georgian or Clear style. A glass filled front has double doors, two full length windows and a pine boarded canopy with metal brackets. Two side windows allow extra ventilation.

Floor and roof constructed using 19mm x 125mm Matchboard Tongue & Groove boarding.
Sides are constructed using 19mm x 125mm Shiplap Tongue & Groove boarding.
All side and roof framework smooth planed timber with rounded edges 38mm x 50mm.
All buildings supplied with a floor. Excluding greenhouses.
Floor joists spaced at no more than 300mm centres forming sturdy and strong base.
Glazing supplied with horticultural glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.
Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.
Heavy duty poly mineral roofing felt is supplied with each building.
Timber sourced from FSC or similar Approved Sources.
