The Thorpe Workshop is a mammoth workshop, with a sturdy structure which is ideal for any professional activities whether you are wanting to convert it into a gym or use it as a workshop.

Constructed with 68 x 44 framing, 4ft double doors with bolted hinges and mortice lock, opening window as standard, heavy duty roofing felt.

Please note - all dimensions are nominal

Floor and roof are constructed using 19mm x 125mm Matchboard Tongue & Groove boarding.

Sides are constructed using 19mm x 125mm Shiplap Tongue & Groove boarding.

All side and roof framework smooth planed timber with rounded edges 68mm x 44mm.

All buildings supplied with a floor. Excluding greenhouses.

Floor joists spaced at no more than 300mm centres forming a sturdy and strong base.

This workshops doors are fitted with three bolted hinges per door and supplied with a mortice lock.

Glazing supplied with 3 mm toughened glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.

Window size 460mm x 610mm. Excluding the Security Apex which is 460mm x 140mm.

Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.

Heavy duty poly mineral roofing felt is supplied with each building.
