Product Description
The stunning Alconbury Summerhouse is our top of the range model, elegant and stylish adding a touch of class to any garden. Clad in Western red cedar and supplied with a cedar slatted roof, felt shingled roof or slate effect fibreglass roof. Window boxes either side of the door and external brass hardware.
Four glass designs are available, either, Diamond Leaded, Square Leaded, Georgian or Clear.

Summerhouses have a mortice lock
Doors and windows are mortice and tennoned
Floor constructed using 16mm x 125mm Matchboard Tongue & Groove boarding.
Sides are constructed using 14mm x 100mm Shiplap Tongue & Groove boarding.
Roof constructed of a structural grade 11mm OSB
All side and roof framework smooth planed timber with rounded edges 38mm x 50mm.
All buildings supplied with a floor.
Floor joists spaced at no more than 300mm centres forming sturdy and strong base.
Glazing supplied with horticultural glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.
Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.
Heavy duty poly mineral roofing felt is supplied with each building that has the Cedar slatted roof
Timber sourced from FSC or similar Approved Sources.
